1. Use of this website

By using lobit.agency you agree to these terms. The site is provided "as is" and intended for legitimate business inquiry. You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the content without written permission.

2. Consultations

Initial consultations (30-minute fit calls) are free and create no obligation. We may decline to take an engagement if we judge that Lobit is not the best-suited agency for the work.

3. Engagement contracts

All paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW). The full money-back guarantee terms appear in those documents — the public version on the money-back guarantee page is a summary, not a contract.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, copy, and case-study data on this website are © Lobit d.o.o. unless otherwise noted. Third-party trademarks (Grainger, MSC, Fastenal, Shopify, etc.) are property of their respective owners and used only for editorial reference under fair use.

5. Limitation of liability

Lobit's liability for any claim arising from website use is limited to direct damages and capped at €100. For paid engagements, liability terms are set in the MSA.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a different forum.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients separately.
